Course Description

A patisserie traineeship will allow you to complete a qualification while continuing to work in the hospitality industry. Expert training coupled with your ongoing work experience will enable you to put your skills into practice as you learn. You will develop highly creative artisan skills such as sugar and chocolate decorative work. On graduation you will have job ready skills to start your career in patisserie.
