This qualification builds on the skills and knowledge from Certificate IV and Diploma of Hospitality to further develop your understanding in the areas of: business planning, financial operations, managing human resources, marketing strategies and property management. A selection of electives from the list below is offered in prescribed bundles covering areas of Hotel Management, Business Ownership/Management and Function and Venue Management. The Advanced Diploma of Hospitality can be completed after the Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery to graduate with a dual qualification.
